Job Opportunity: Route Optimization Analyst
The Opportunity in Mexico City

We are looking for a Route Optimization Analyst who will play a key role in driving business growth and efficiency by designing and implementing smart delivery routes. This position will directly support our commercial teams by ensuring cost-effective, reliable, and scalable route solutions.

In this role, you will:

  • Design and optimize delivery routes using specialized planning tools.
  • Respond to service requests from local and regional business teams, providing tailored solutions to their needs.
  • Collaborate closely with Route Planning Coordinators and Project Managers to ensure that route designs are effective in the field and adjusted when needed.
  • Work with fellow analysts to share best practices, solve technical challenges, and continuously improve processes.
Your Impact

As a Route Optimization Analyst, you will:

  • Develop and deliver route design solutions using advanced planning software.
  • Ensure route plans meet business performance standards and adjust them based on field results.
  • Prepare and analyze reports to track route performance and propose improvements.
  • Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives in strategic routing.
  • Ensure timely delivery of solutions and compliance with agreed service standards.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree

Experience & Skills

  • Knowledge in data analysis, logistics, or business operations or similar field.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced level).
  • Comfortable working with planning tools, databases, and reporting systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate data into actionable solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Results-driven, with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to train and support new team members.
