About the Opportunity
Iron Mountain is seeking a bilingual (very strong English and Spanish) dynamic Learning and Development Manager (HR Role) to join our Global Talent Center of Excellence (COE) team.
The role will be Remote (working from home).
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of training programs, from needs identification and content design to delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
You will serve as a key point of contact within the OneHR model, advocating for Talent Management processes and Learning and Development initiatives across multiple business units.
Lead the facilitation of training sessions, ensuring that learning objectives are met through interactive and engaging methods.
- Training Lifecycle Management: Manage the full lifecycle of training projects, including the creation of project plans, execution, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Program Design & Development: Work independently, collaborating with SMEs and key stakeholders to identify training needs and design programs that align with organizational goals.
- Evaluation & Improvement: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of training initiatives with strategic business objectives.
- Account Management Ownership: As part of the OneHR model, represent the Global Talent COE across multiple business units in the Account Management structure.
Qualifications
- Facilitation Expertise: Proven ability to facilitate training sessions effectively, with a focus on participant engagement and knowledge retention.
- Efficient Task Coordination: Strong project leadership skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Training Design: Experience in designing and developing training programs that are aligned with business goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Commitment to continuously improving training programs based on feedback and evaluation results.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic Insight: Strong business acumen with an understanding of internal and external business environments.
- Global Perspective: A global mindset, with the ability to design and implement programs that meet the needs of a diverse, multinational workforce.
- Google Suite: Advanced skills in all Google Suite applications, specifically Slides, Sheets and Gmail functionality.
- Agile & Adaptive: Ability to adapt quickly to emerging needs within a changing environment.
- Preferred Certification: Project management (e.g., PMP) or facilitation (e.g., ATD).
- Preferred Experience: Articulate 360 suite.
