A leading automotive engineering firm in Puebla is seeking a LEADER OF THE AUTOMOTIVE LABORATORY OF DURABILITY AND ENVIRONMENT. This role involves overseeing financial results, organizing operations, and managing customer relations. The ideal candidate will have a relevant engineering degree, leadership experience in the automotive sector, and knowledge of ISO standards. Fluent English is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering fields.
• 3+ years as a team leader in the automotive industry.
• Experience in technical project management.
• 1+ year managing financial and departmental matters.
• Knowledge of ISO standards related to quality and testing.
• Fluent English language skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage financial results and cash flow of the department.
• Organize operations and strategies within the department.
• Acquire and maintain new customers.
• Lead and develop the department's technical, financial, and disciplinary aspects.
• Oversee internal and external audits.
• Ensure optimal service performance in terms of cost and quality.

DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for the financial results in the department, liquidity (cash-flow) and growth
• Responsible for the operational and strategic organization of the department
• Responsible for the acquisition and attendance of new customers
• Responsible for technical, financial and disciplinary leadership of the department, continuous development and monitoring of leadership guidelines
• Ensure internal requirements for the optimal performance of services with reference to costs, deadlines and quality
• Responsible for Internal and External Audits

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor´s degree in Automotive, Mechanical, Mechatronic or Electrical Engineering or related
• At least 3 years of experience as team leader in a technical department for Automotive Industry
• At least 3 years of experience acting in project related to the technical area for Automotive Industry
• At least 1 year inmanaging technical, financial and disciplinary matters of cost/profit centers
• Knowledge of the ISO / IEC 17025 standard / MP-CA005 Measurement / Quality Infrastructure Law / EMA application / policy MP-CA006 / testing policy MP-CA002
• Fluent English
