A leading engineering company in Reynosa is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to oversee supplier quality activities, including FAI approvals and supplier audits. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering with at least 4 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of AS9100 standards and proficiency in Lean Manufacturing are essential. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally to resolve supplier issues.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100 standards.
• Basic knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support FAI approvals and incoming inspection activities.
• Coordinate and supervise incoming inspection quality auditors.
• Analyze operational opportunities and propose practical solutions.
