A global media company in Mexico City is looking for a Team Lead for their Customer Experience team. The role involves resolving escalated customer interactions, providing team support, and ensuring a high-quality experience for digital consumers. Ideal candidates have strong customer service backgrounds, are technically savvy with connected devices, and can handle complex inquiries effectively. Fluency in English is required, and Spanish is a plus.

Formación

  • 3+ years of work experience in related positions.
  • Knowledge of mobile apps and connected devices.
  • Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute.

Responsabilidades

  • Interact daily with customers ensuring inquiries are resolved quickly.
  • Lead team to escalate high-priority issues as needed.
  • Deliver proactive customer service to all stakeholders.
