Formación

• 4+ years of backend development experience, ideally with Golang.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs.
• Experience in microservices architecture.
• Proficient with Docker and CI/CD processes.
• Knowledge of caching mechanisms like Redis.
• Experience with Event Streaming Platforms such as Apache Kafka.
• Familiarity with various database engines like MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Design and lead teams/systems that power the platform.
• Improve reliability and performance through implementation of best practices.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Conduct technical reviews of business proposals.
• Motivate team members and manage backlog grooming.
• Prepare and perform sprint releases.
• Maintain on-call support schedules.
• Make architectural decisions for microservices.
