This role involves direct management of an Implementation team, overseeing onboarding programs, and championing the use of AI tools in processes. The ideal candidate has over 2 years of management experience, is bilingual in Spanish and English, and has a background in B2B SaaS. This position offers the opportunity to build the foundation for the Mexico hub and have a significant impact within the company.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience directly managing a team of individual contributors.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS environment, familiarity with the FinTech landscape is a strong plus.
• Native-level fluency in Spanish and business-professional fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a team of 6 Implementation Consultants.
• Own the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for new Implementation hires.
• Champion the use of AI tools within the implementation workflow.
