A global apparel company is looking for a Payroll Manager in Mexico City. This role involves managing payroll functions, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and leading improvements in payroll processes. The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of experience in HR administration and payroll across LATAM and a strong understanding of local employment laws. Familiarity with Workday is preferred. This is a full-time position.

Formación

  • Proven ability in administration of complex, multi-country payroll operations.
  • Deep expertise in end-to-end payroll processes and vendor management.
  • Strong understanding of local employment laws and tax regulations.
  • Skilled in fiscal controls and resolving payroll/tax-related issues.
  • Experienced in HR workflows and service delivery environments.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, global business services.

Responsabilidades

  • Review and approve payroll prior to processing.
  • Understand the industry and translate it into operational tactics.
  • Leverage data to analyze payroll trends and prepare financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll laws and collaborate with vendors.
  • Manage regional payroll vendor contracts and identify improvements.
