Where You’ll Make a Difference
  • Build and maintain multi-level, cross-functional relationships with key decision‑makers.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans with clear commercial targets (Sales, GP, Market Share).
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on customer strategy plans, ensuring internal alignment and timely execution.
  • Negotiate contracts, optimize pricing and margins, and manage cost-to-serve.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, consumer needs, and regulatory changes to inform strategy.
  • Ensure supply chain readiness and service excellence in collaboration with operations.
  • Track KPIs, forecast sales, and conduct retrospective reviews to drive continuous improvement.
  • Align closely with IFF’s corporate strategy to deliver tailored solutions and capture growth opportunities.
