Project execution and reporting
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure their needs are met.
  • Lead diverse teams to deliver projects that exceed expectations.
  • Coordinate vendor activities to support our strategic vision.
  • Provide clear governance and oversight, ensuring every project meets our high standards.
Team development
  • Join regional initiatives to foster engagement and teamwork.
  • Oversee project closures, celebrating successes and learning from every experience.
Financial & Risk Support
  • Support budget management and champion cost‑saving ideas.
  • Ensure every project complies with governance and regulatory requirements.
  • Proactively identify risks and recommend creative solutions
Collaboration & Leadership
  • Report directly to the regional leader director, working alongside inspiring leaders.
  • Connect site leaders with our global PMO, building bridges across teams.
  • Lead initiatives that advance our global real estate agenda.
  • Stay curious—bring the latest industry best practices to every project and help us innovate.

Key Responsabilities:
  • Leadership: You have 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in real estate projects, and experience in facilities operations is a plus.
  • Education: You hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field such as architecture, engineering, or real estate.
  • Project Management: You bring deep knowledge of project management (certification is desirable), capital planning, and vendor management.
  • Financial Acumen: You have a proven track record of managing budgets of $2M or more.
  • Multitasking: You can define and execute multiple concurrent projects with excellence.
  • Communication: You’re an excellent communicator who can connect with colleagues at all levels
  • Analytical Skills: You’re skilled in forecasting, investment planning, and audit compliance.
  • Teamwork: You’ve demonstrated your ability to lead diverse regional teams and influence across matrixed organizations.
  • Organization: You possess strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent English reading, writing, and speaking skills
