• 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist in Mexico.
• In-depth knowledge of Mexican labor law and payroll.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

• Resolve labor conflicts and advise on maintaining safe environments.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for local positions.
