A leading battery technology firm is seeking a Brand Marketing Senior Manager in San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León, to develop and execute marketing strategies for Latin American product brands. The role involves driving brand equity, leading integrated marketing campaigns, and ensuring alignment with global brand strategies. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of marketing leadership experience, particularly in B2B2C sectors, along with strong analytical and communication skills. Fluency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese is required.

Formación

  • 8+ years in marketing leadership roles in B2B2C or industrial sectors.
  • Proven experience managing strong consumer brands in Latin America.
  • Experience in integrated marketing, digital strategy, and brand management.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead brand positioning and value proposition development.
  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Develop strategies to drive awareness and adoption of products and services.
  • Build and execute demand generation strategies for D2C business models.
  • Act as the regional marketing liaison with Global Marketing.
