A leading financial technology company is looking for a Team Leader for Business Development to drive revenue and partnerships in the LATAM region. This role involves managing a team, setting sales targets, and developing recruitment strategies for affiliates and institutional partners. Candidates should have over 5 years' experience in Forex/CFD development, strong leadership skills, and fluency in English and Spanish. Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Forex/CFD business development.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of LATAM financial markets.

• Manage and mentor a team of Business Development Managers focused on LATAM markets.
• Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring alignment with regional goals.
• Develop strategies to recruit and grow IBs, affiliates, and institutional partners.
