A leading online education firm is seeking a Senior B2C Sales Team Leader to drive sales across the LATAM market. In this fully remote role, you will lead a dynamic team of 12 sales specialists, ensuring team quotas are met while providing coaching and performance management. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in sales management and telemarketing, along with proficiency in Spanish and English. This position offers international experience and a compensation structure including basic payment plus commissions.

Formación

  • 3+ years of telemarketing or B2C sales experience.
  • 3+ years of sales management experience.
  • Proven track record in sales management.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead a team of up to 12 sales specialists to hit sales quotas.
  • Hire, onboard, motivate, and control the performance of the sales team.
  • Conduct group trainings and individual coaching sessions.
