Formación

• Proven experience in Accounts Receivable and Collections, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
• Cultural awareness and ability to work effectively with diverse, international teams.
• Outstanding documentation, research, and analytical capabilities with attention to detail.

• Contact customers proactively to ensure timely payment of accounts.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships focusing on collaborative problem-solving.
