We are currently looking for aJr. Manager Data & Martech CX - CRMto join our team inMexico City. This role supports our Data & Martech operations by bridging marketing strategy with technology execution, ensuring campaigns are data-driven, personalized, and optimized across platforms.

A Day in the Life:
  • Collect, clean, and analyze customer and campaign data to build actionable dashboards and reports
  • Maintain and optimize the marketing technology stack (CRM, automation, analytics) and ensure platform integrations
  • Support campaign execution through automated workflows, personalization, and performance monitoring
  • Collaborate with IT, CRM, and sales teams to ensure data integrity and seamless customer engagement across the lifecycle
  • Manage architecture and workflows between CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Adobe, Braze, Creatio) and lead management systems
Who We’re Looking for:
Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Marketing, etc.)
  • Advanced English Level
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or Dynamics 365
  • Strong data analysis skills including SQL, dashboard creation (Power BI, Tableau), and KPI interpretation
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Hotjar)
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
Desired:
  • Certifications in Salesforce, Google Analytics, Adobe Experience Cloud, or HubSpot
  • Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and API integrations
  • Experience in customer segmentation, journey mapping, and CX optimization
  • Understanding of data privacy and compliance standards
Reporting line:

Reports to: Subdirector, Customer Experience and CRM
Supervisory capacity: Leads a team
