Formación

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support and User Assistance: Provide technical support to staff, teachers, and students, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues, as well as managing accounts and assisting parents if necessary.
  • Standard IT Operations: Configure and deploy accounts and devices, install and repair software and hardware, manage technology equipment and assets, and perform preventative maintenance to ensure proper functioning.
  • IT Administration: Maintain inventories of hardware and software, document procedures and resolutions, prepare reports for regional management, and keep the workspace clean and professional.
  • IT Projects and Initiatives: Assist with the installation of new technology, collaborate on infrastructure projects and evaluate hardware/software, and handle ad‑hoc projects and tasks.
  • Training and Collaboration: Participate in meetings and events, provide training on technology tools, act as a liaison between users and the IT department, and collaborate on data center management and technological improvements.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and school policies, maintaining confidentiality and security of information.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer technology, or a similar field.
  • At least 1 year experience as an IT support engineer or similar role.
  • Within the Education industry is a big plus.
  • Verbal and written English proficiency is required.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with technical and non‑technical personnel.
  • Expertise in Apple devices management and configuration is highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • ITIL Foundation.
  • Google IT Support Professional.
  • Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP).
  • CISCO Certification.
  • CompTIA.
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or equivalent, are very preferred but not mandatory.
