A leading global technology firm seeks a Senior IT Solution Engineer specializing in Oracle Order Management to join their IT team in Guadalajara, Jalisco. In this hybrid role, you will evaluate and enhance Oracle EBS functionalities, provide solutions for business processes, and collaborate with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Oracle Order Management implementations and a strong background in system analysis. This position allows for work flexibility with a balance of on-site and remote collaboration.

We are looking for a talented Senior IT Solution Engineer – Oracle Order Management to join our IT team in Guadalajara, Jalisco. (Hybrid role: 3 day on site, 2 days home office)

Main Activities

1. Evaluates Oracle EBS Order Management suite of modules' functionality and provides solution recommendations to improve business processes, capabilities, and deliver proven value to Cummins

2. Serves as a subject matter expert and point of contact on content, processes, procedures, and functionality associated with Oracle Order Management suite of modules.

3. Primary Modules: Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Shipping Execution, Release Management and E-Commerce Gateway

4. Secondary Modules: iStore, Order Information Portal, Inventory, Quality, Bill of Materials and Costing

5. Partners with process owners, stakeholders and enterprise architects to gather, document and review functional, architecture and technical requirements

6. Define optimum application setup, high-level and detailed technical solution designs

7. Configure and verify EBS Modules to meet order to cash requirements and specifications

8. Design and oversee the development of integration customizations, workflows, and extensions

9. Work on the Analytics platform (built using Snowflakes) for dashboards and metrics

• Solution Validation Testing - Validates a configuration item change or solution using the Function's defined best practices, including the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards, tools and metrics, to ensure that it works as designed and meets customer requirements.

Education, Experience, Certification

• Degree on IT or related field.

• Fluent English.

• 3/5 years of solid Experience in Oracle Order Management (EBS &/or Fusion) implementations (Advanced Pricing, Release Management and other EBS modules are highly beneficial)

• Certification in Oracle Order Management (EBS or Fusion) is highly beneficial

• Certification in Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning is highly beneficial

• Robust of system analysis and design experience is required. This should include the creation of functional requirements for enterprise-level business application solutions involving multi-tier client/server, database, or web-based applications.

• Experience in the full software development lifecycle process.

• Experiencing delivering solutions via AGILE methodologies is preferred.

• Functional domain knowledge should include order management (order-to-cash) software applications and along with technical domain knowledge.
