Scope: Full time | Office: Mexico City | Hybrid

This role plays a key role in the Software & Cloud Marketplace Delivery Model, offering early and direct access to clients. They have direct interactions with clients to ensure better end-to-end accountability for the respective quote process.

How a day-to-day would look like in this role

• Manage a high volume of vendor-related procurement cases monthly (approx. 100 per person).
• Maintain clear case organization and ongoing follow-up with both internal clients and external vendors.
• Understand both internal workflows and external vendor processes.
• Request quotes from publishers and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Maintain accurate brand catalog knowledge to improve service quality.
• Vendor engagement.

What we need to see from you

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in Publisher or Vendor Management within the software or IT industry (required), ideally with exposure to commercial processes, partner operations, or sales support.
• Support customer with vendor know-how and proactive sales activities.
• Demonstrate a strong customer-focused mindset, maintain a clear sales-oriented approach.
• Advanced English is a must (minimum B2+).
• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow).

Desired Qualifications

• Understanding of software licensing models, cloud services, and SaaS procurement.
• Exposure to North American clients and exchange programs.
• Experience in pricing negotiation, supplier management, and researching multiple data sources.
