Responsibilities

• Customer‑centric: In client workshops, analyze the challenges of our customers and translate them into qualified user stories that are implemented in agile projects.
• Multi‑project management: Manage agile, international projects, plan the development roadmap with our clients, and always maintain an overview.
• Enrich existing topics and task areas, help adopt new perspectives, and bring structure to complex contexts and processes within the projects.
• Prioritize tasks, present prioritization decisions, and communicate clearly and reliably using target‑group‑oriented storytelling.
• Actively manage stakeholders and communicate continuously with clients and the internal team.

Qualifications

• Completed university or technical college degree in a STEM subject, business informatics, or a comparable field.
• Several years of professional experience with successful work in multiple IT projects using agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong knowledge of requirements gathering, workshops, interviews, and research.
• Team player who is ready to interact with a wide variety of people, acts with personal responsibility, and keeps a cool head even when things get crazy.
• Analytical and structured work style, experience with remote agile teams, and facilitation of workshops and meetings.
• Very good written English skills.
