Job Summary

This role produces, collects, analyzes and integrates key information as part of the team that manages the relationships with business partners and is accountable for all aspects of digital and technology transformation in DHL's Business Functions, professionals in this role collaborate on the transformation ideas generation, funding source identification and the delivery of Local, Regional & Global projects / programs.

Responsibilities

• Establishes relationships with key business players and take part on strategic challenges solutions.
• Ensure the continuity of the technical service provided by the systems department to the business.
• Partners with the business team to own specific initiatives of the business transformation plan and value / benefit realization activities for the function or sector
• Manages specific business partner relationships and as part of the IT Leads team is accountable for all aspects of digital and technology transformations integrating design, delivery, and support for a business function, sector or region
• Owns identify and propose specific solutions related to IT GateWay Operation of the end-to-end solution agenda from ideation to execution under an agile o waterfall project execution model
• Propose and analyze projects based on financial analysis methodology and business benefits.
• Collaborate on the capture of critical capability gaps of Gateway Operation and works with appropriate Local, Regional or global teams to design solutions to fill those gaps.
• Together with the IT Leads team identifies, assesses, and promote the use of new technologies and digital trends for increased productivity or new capabilities for the business.
• Helps to leverage the long-term road map defined by architecture, recommending alternatives to meet the business process requirements and financial requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

• Information technology, engineering degree REQUIRED
• SCRUM or PMP Certification DESIRED
• Graduated is a MUST
• Business English proficiency REQUIRED
• Excellent communication both in Spanish and English is a MUST
• Proved Teamwork and team-leading skills
• Ability to work on Multi-functional teams.
• Ability to understand Business knowledge and translate it into solutions.
• Digital and Technology background REQUIRED
• Understanding of Agile frameworks REQUIRED
