A multinational glass manufacturing company is seeking an IT HR Analyst to provide technical support for HR applications like Kronos and SAP HCM. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in technical support, alongside strong communication skills. This role is essential for ensuring HR operations and user satisfaction.

Formación

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support to users, ideally in the Human Resources area.
  • Knowledge of ITIL is desirable.
  • Languages: English level B1 (intermediate).

Role

The IT HR Analyst is a key professional responsible for providing technical and functional support to Human Resources applications and systems, ensuring their proper functioning and user satisfaction. Their main focus will be on critical applications such as Kronos, SAP HCM, payroll and related databases, guaranteeing the continuity of HR operations and the availability of information.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Systems, Informatics, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support to users, ideally in the Human Resources area.

Knowledge:
