Responsabilidades

• Responsable de la calidad de entrega de cuentas clave con reporte directo al Director General.
• Desarrollar e implementar estándares operativos y procesos.
• Garantizar alineación entre entrega y objetivos comerciales del cliente.
• Responsable de la planificación y control del P&L según SOWs y pronóstico anual.

• Management Experience based as a Consulting Delivery Director focused in building the strategy, consulting team and Finance KPIs for deploying IT Services for different Customer, with focus in the client experience and thes best Delivery practices.

Experience and Expertise

• IT Industry as Consultant, preference in software development services, staff aumentation, IT Services, Cloud infrastructure;knowledge of interaction with vendors as Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, Infosys, AWS and others.
• 5+ years project management and delivery experience and Professional Services experience

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the delivery quality of key accounts within Business Units with direct report to the Managing Director.
• Passion for developing and implementing operational standards and processes
• Well-developed business acumen and technical aptitude to effectively guide / influence the priorities of various stakeholders while delivering exceptional service to customers
• Strong problem solving, analytical, planning, and organizational skills
• Contributor of the Business Unit's strategy.
• P&L responsibility including annual budget development and monthly income statement analysis
• Accountable for control and knowledge over projects financial status to facilitate business decision-making, pointing on maximizing project's margin and revenue.
• Responsible for ensuring alignment between delivery and Client's business goals ensuring the highest customer success experience and identifying new business opportunities with strong interaction w/ the sales force.
• Service proposals Delivery with 1 : 5 win ratio and farming growth in a 5 : 3 win rate focused in POD continuity-extension in local and regional customers.
• In charge of planning and control of P&L according to the SOWs and annual forecast.
• Drive organizational capability by building a highly committed and talented management team
• Provide employees with the authority, accountability, training, coaching, and resources to achieve their full potential and successfully drive the company's performance
