Formación

  • Experiencia en ventas o desarrollo de negocios, preferentemente en un entorno B2B.
  • Fluidez en español y dominio del inglés, tanto escrito como verbal.

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with prospects, and driving revenue growth in the Mexico City market. This role will involve onsite meetings, networking events, and direct outreach to engage with potential clients and uncover opportunities for our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prioritize target industries, companies, and decision-makers in Mexico City.
  • Conduct onsite meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to introduce solutions to prospective clients.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with prospects through proactive outreach via phone calls, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Trial optimization (proactively adding dashboards, creating sample reports, etc. for all trial prospects).
  • Qualify leads and opportunities through effective questioning and needs analysis to understand prospects’ challenges and business needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop tailored solutions and proposals that address clients’ specific requirements.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Lead technical/product training for new sales personnel on an ongoing basis
  • Day-to-day product/technical support for trial prospects
  • Log meetings and technical notes in SalesForce about the POV for each call (or onsite) with the customer.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads, sales opportunities, and revenue growth.
  • Identifies all technical issues of assigned accounts to ensure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or 1+ years of outbound sales experience
  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Fluent in Spanish and proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Must be based in Mexico City and available for onsite meetings and client visits.
  • A very strong technical aptitude.
