Una empresa de tecnologías de reparación en Tijuana busca un Ingeniero de Manufactura para liderar la mejora de procesos y proporcionar soporte técnico en operaciones de manufactura. El candidato ideal debe tener un sólido conocimiento en la comunicación efectiva y las normas de seguridad, así como un dominio del inglés del 90%.

Formación

• Experiencia en soporte técnico en operaciones de manufactura.
• Fuerte conocimiento en mejora de procesos y estandarización.
• Dominio avanzado del inglés (90% o más).

Responsabilidades

• Proveer soporte técnico y resolver problemas en operaciones de manufactura.
• Aumentar los niveles sigma de la célula.
• Implementar mejoras de procesos y estandarización.

Manufacturing Engineer

Owner of Part Numbers from a Lean Work Center, responsible for the entire Engineering Planning such as Routing, Work Instructions, Visual Aids, and also to provide special tooling, fixturing, special equipment, and search for machinery and equipment required for the proper manufacturing of products. This position is responsible for providing technical support, process improvement, and solving problems in manufacturing operations, serving as the main contact between the Manufacturing center and various departments, such as: Safety, Quality, Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics, Purchasing, Aftermarket Engineering, Tool Design, MRB, Design Engineering, Material and Processes, among other overseas customers.

Role Objectives:

• Provide technical support and solve problems in Manufacturing Operations.
• Increase the sigma levels of the cell.
• Implement Process Improvement and Standardization.
• Maintain effective and active communication with internal and external customers.
• Ensure manufacturing processes comply with Safety and Quality guidelines.
• Make effective decisions.
• Follow up on activities related to SWA's, TFA, PPR's, 8D's, RIW's, PPAP's, CI's, Quality Circles, among others.
• Lead various projects such as:

• Product Transfer
• Machinery Transfer
• Product Insourcing
• Introduction of New Machinery
• Machinery Relocation (layout changes)
