A leading financial services firm in Monterrey seeks an Index CS Specialist to provide expert support to clients on benchmark products. Responsibilities include client education, developing relationships, and ensuring retention through excellent service. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in financial services and a strong background in finance or related fields. The role encourages personal growth and flexible work arrangements.
The MSCI Global Client Service team is composed of experienced financial professionals that provide first tier support for our clients around the world. Team members are responsible for responding to a wide variety of methodology, usage, interpretational, and technical questions on MSCI’s benchmark products.
The Index CS Specialist will strive to become a product and client type expert within the CS group. He/ she will work closely with account managers to develop and maintain client relationships and will be dedicated to specific client accounts.
Client contact is primarily via telephone and email, but occasional traveling may be required for on-site presentations or training.
