A leading software solutions provider is seeking an Implementation Specialist to manage client implementation projects. Responsibilities include configuring software, conducting operational reviews, and providing client support during onboarding. Strong communication and organizational skills are required. The ideal candidate has over 2 years of client-facing experience and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This role is based in Mexico and involves training customers on software functionalities.

Job Overview
The Implementation Specialist participates and contributes to the successful completion of assigned client implementation project activities of Mitratech’s HRC suite. These implementation project activities include requirements analysis and definition, configuration of software, operational and data analysis, testing, and go-live support for our clients. The Implementation Specialist plans, researches, and analyzes the business needs of the customer, and then provides recommendations along with the risks and issues involved with each alternative to the client.
