A leading e-commerce company in León, Guanajuato is seeking an Area Manager to lead and develop a team of Amazon Associates in a fulfillment center. This role requires effective mentorship and coaching skills, as well as the ability to maintain high safety and quality standards. Ideal candidates will have a background in management within a production or distribution environment, and must be fluent in English and Spanish. This position involves flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends.
2+ years of professional or military experience
High school or equivalent
Work 40 hours / week, and overtime as required

As an Area Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead and develop your own team of Amazon Associates in a distribution warehouse environment.
Your main focus will be motivating, mentoring, and coaching your team.
As a servant leader, the Area Manager will ensure that their team of Amazon Associates have all the tools needed to succeed for any task during a shift.
Engaging with your team during a shift to ensure that the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance performance and engagement are maintained are core functions of the role.

Must be able to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
Experience with end-to-end project management
Degree in Engineering, Operations or related field is a plus.
English and Spanish fluent proficiency.
1+ years management experience in a manufacturing, production or distribution environment
Management of a minimum of 40 employees (including payroll, performance management, work-flow assignment)
Interest in long-term career development through assignments in multiple FCs across the nation.
