This role involves overseeing HR operations focusing on contractor management, compliance, and recruitment. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of HR experience, and is bilingual in English and Spanish. Responsibilities include developing HR strategies for a contractor workforce and managing recruitment processes. This contractor position is in-person, located in Puebla, Mexico.

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to support our growth and help establish HR best practices for our global, contractor-based workforce.

Position Overview :

As an Independent Contractor Human Resources Manager, you will oversee HR operations, with a focus on contractor management, compliance, and recruitment.

You will play a key role in building an inclusive and high-performing team aligned with DECA's mission and vision.

This is a contractor position _

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement HR strategies tailored to a contractor-based workforce.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to contractor onboarding.
• Oversee contractor agreements and ensure compliance with employment and labor laws in multiple jurisdictions.
• Provide support for performance management, training, and development initiatives.
• Serve as a point of contact for contractor relations, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
• Maintain accurate contractor records and documentation.
• Collaborate with leadership to align HR practices with business goals.

Required Qualifications _(Applicants lacking these qualifications will be disqualified immediately)_ :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 3+ years of HR experience, with a focus on contractor management and global HR operations.
• Strong understanding of U.S. and international labor laws related to independent contractors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in HR tools and platforms.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) to manage international media relationships

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience working with media or advertising companies.
• Familiarity with managing international contractors.

Pay :

$12, - $15, per month
