  • Manage compensation, benefits, performance management, and compliance with labor law.
  • Drive employee engagement and career development initiatives.
  • Benchmark HR best practices across the maquiladora industry.
  • Use HR metrics and analytics to influence business results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years of HR experience and 8+ years in management roles.
  • Proven track record in the maquiladora industry.
  • Expertise in compensation, talent & performance management, and employee relations.
  • Strong strategic problem-solving, business acumen, and analytical skills.
  • Skilled in talent assessment, development, and retention strategies.
  • Proficient with TRESS System, HR tools, MS Office, and HR reporting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Fully bilingual: English – Spanish.
