Overview

HR face with the entire designated departments, helping to take the right decision on everything related with HR, including, Recruitment, Compensations, Trainning, People Development, Talent Management, etc.

Responsibilities
  • Provides day to day performance management HR guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions) and support employees' requirements.
  • Responsible to implement the necessary actions or strategies to attract and retain our talent avoiding turnover, assure succession plan's for the people in order to make the departments grow.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
  • Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree, Psicology, Human Resources, Administration, Industrial Engineer.
  • 5 years of experience in Human Resources areas like Recruitment, Talent Management.
  • English as a second language required, at least 90% (written, spoken & read).
  • Previous experience in Human Resources Management.
