Our solutions are used in a wide range of industries, including green energy, smart cities, and industry 4.0. We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our Mexico office to help create and execute our people strategy. We seek someone who is motivated, well‑organized, proactive and passionate about all administrative and HR topics.
In this role, you will
- Administrative and Operational HR Management – manage the complete employee lifecycle: contracts, leaves, sick days, documents, signing processes.
- Maintain personnel information in the HRM system (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).
- Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including background checks and access management.
- Manage office resources: supplies, equipment, vendor coordination.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
- Work closely with local and HQ managers and employees daily.
- Perform routine HR tasks: leave and disciplinary matters, disputes, investigations, disciplinary meetings, terminations, performance and talent management, occupational health and safety, employee suggestions, exit interviews, and prepare insights for continuous improvement.
- Organizational Development and Culture – improve climate and culture, promote communication and engagement, drive change, conduct surveys, coordinate improvement actions.
- Talent and Performance Management – full‑cycle recruitment, identify training needs, coordinate training programs, manage career and succession plans, implement performance evaluation systems, conduct workplace surveys and exit interviews.
- HR Matters and Analytics – administer disciplinary matters, promote occupational health and safety, establish and analyze HR KPIs to propose strategic improvements.
What we expect of you
- Good English language skills (spoken and written), CV required in English.
- Solid understanding of local labor laws & legislation.
- At least 2+ years of similar work experience managing full employee life cycle.
- At least 1+ year of recruitment & headhunting experience with a successful track record.
- Can work independently in a dynamic, fast, results‑oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with different people.
