A Day In The Life :

As an HR Business Partner, you'll report to the HR Director and lead a small but impactful team, including a Human Resources Coordinator.

You'll work closely with business leaders across the organization, acting as a trusted advisor and driving people strategies that align with business goals.

Here’s what you’ll do :
  • Strategic HR Partnership : Collaborate with leadership to design and implement HR strategies that drive business success.
  • Talent Management : Lead initiatives in talent acquisition, development, and retention to build high-performing teams.
  • Employee Relations : Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and ensuring compliance with Mexican labor laws.
  • Change Management : Support organizational transformation by driving engagement and aligning people strategies with business priorities.
  • HR Operations : Oversee HRIS systems and ensure operational excellence in all HR processes.

You’ll thrive in this role if you :

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Are fluent in English and a native or advanced Spanish speaker.
  • Bring expertise in HRIS systems, Mexican labor laws, and talent acquisition.
  • Excel in strategic thinking, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Are a collaborative leader with a passion for working closely with diverse teams.
