Formación

• Conduct MW surveys and install microwave transmission equipment.

Position Summary

Huawei is seeking a skilled Microwave Engineer to join our delivery projects team in Quer e9taro. This role is critical to ensuring the successful deployment, integration, and optimization of microwave transmission systems that power next-generation telecom networks.

Detailed Job Description

As a Microwave Engineer at Huawei, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for implementing advanced wireless transmission solutions across multiple projects. You will work on end-to-end microwave link deployment, from site surveys to integration and troubleshooting, ensuring seamless connectivity for our clients. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, collaborate with global experts, and contribute to the expansion of high-performance telecom infrastructure in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct MW surveys, including Line-of-Sight (LOS) and engineering surveys
• Install, integrate, and troubleshoot microwave transmission equipment
• Execute microwave projects in compliance with Method of Procedure (MOP) standards
• Utilize OSS platforms for network monitoring and configuration
• Ensure timely delivery and quality standards for all assigned projects

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field
• Proven experience in wireless technologies and IP networking
• Strong knowledge of 3GPP standards and internet technologies
• Familiarity with OSS platforms and network management systems
• Availability to travel frequently within project regions

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Huawei microwave equipment experience
• Certification in MW or IP networking technologies
