You’ll join an energetic and diverse global HRBP team, and you’ll be based in Mexico City. We are in the exciting stage of continuous growth of DiDi business in Latin American market, and you’ll will work closely with business teams to make this happen.
We work with business stakeholders of all levels to deliver work across Org organization, Talent, and Culture pillars. As HRBP, you’re more than executing People Cycle. You’ll take ownership in driving organization structure & resource planning, talent pipeline construction, talent learning & development, C&B strategy and implementation, and team engagement and culture – alongside our close partners in HR COE teams.
We work fluidly within the team and expect this person to be just as collaborative and agile as we continue to be.
