Overview

You will be the strategic HR Services Manager, translating business strategy into people actions to ensure company results through people. You will ensure HR excellence across multiple teams by aligning projects, policies and processes. You will report to the Latam HR Business Services Head, and you will be based in Mexico City.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and oversee HR projects that enhance performance and strengthen organizational capability.
  • Be a primary liaison between business leaders and HR, ensuring that solutions address specific organizational needs.
  • Support leaders in change management, organizational design, and culture transformation through on-site presence.
  • Lead core HR processes, including talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, learning & development, engagement, and retention.
  • Analyze important HR metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, performance), providing data‑driven insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with Federal Labor Law, internal policies, and global HR standards.
  • Partner with Directors, Managers, and employees across the Corporate and other sites such as Casa Comex, CFI, FPU & CIC, and CIP sites.
  • Collaborate with internal HR partners and COEs such as Talent and Rewards, Learning & Development, Employee & Labor Relations, Payroll, PPSC, and HRBPs.
  • Manage external relationships with consultants, law firms, and partners such as Gallup to ensure best practices and compliance.
  • Promote a culture of diversity, inclusion, and ethical leadership.
  • Participate in audits, continuous improvement programs, and regional/global HR projects.
  • Provide senior management with dashboards, insights and recommendations that inform decision‑making.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or Engineering
  • +5 years in Human Resources, including at least 3 years in a managerial position
  • Experience in multinational companies or matrixed environments
  • Experience managing multiple HR processes and tools
  • Experience with Mexican Federal Labor Law and related regulations.
  • Experience integrating HR solutions within complex, matrixed, or multinational organization
  • Collaborative and with the ability to anticipate risks, guide practical solutions, and foster an inclusive culture.
  • Fluent in English.
