The Human Resources/Safety Manager partners with Corporate Human Resources, EH&S, and Plant Management to manage compliance with UGN policies and procedures to maintain equitable and consistent development and treatment of our Team Members. In this role you will administer and monitor policies relating to all phases of Human Resources activity by performing the following duties with the assistance of plant management. This position is part of our team located at our plant in Silao, Guanajuato, Mexico.
