The Opportunity

Drive People Services Transformation strategies across LATAM by optimizing and centralizing services within the MCC, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and end‑to‑end operational processes. Deliver added value to the organization through efficiency improvements and service excellence.

Your Impact

As HR Character Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:

• Project Coordination & Governance: Coordinate projects, sessions, and governance standards to ensure alignment and deliverables.
• Strategic Planning & Communication: Track strategic plans and communicate project status effectively across all levels.
• Change Management: Support stakeholder engagement, communications, impact assessments, and training for change initiatives.
• Business Analysis & Process Improvement: Document current processes, define future state, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Technology Enablement: Assist in implementing technology enhancements aligned with project plans.

Education

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in IT/Engineering, Process/Production Engineering, or Business/Management; minimum 2 years in project coordination or management. Project Management certification desirable.

Experience

• Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal); Portuguese is a plus.
• ！ Advanced Data & Presentation Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (including AI features) for analysis and reporting.
• Process & Change Expertise: Experience in process mapping, business analysis, and supporting change management with stakeholder engagement.
• Technology & Negotiation Knowledge: Familiarity with technology implementation and process optimization, plus skills in negotiation, conflict resolution, and audit practices.
