A leading global food and beverage company in Mexico City is seeking a Change Manager to lead efforts in effective change management and culture evolution across LATAM. This role involves leading a team, partnering with various leaders, and developing impactful internal communications. Candidates must have 5+ years in HR operations and demonstrate fluency in English and Spanish. Formación

  • 5+ years of experience in change management, culture transformation, or HR operations roles.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-regional teams and manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Strong track record of developing and delivering impactful internal communications and enablement content.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Enable effective change management, service activations, and culture evolution across LATAM as part of People Experience & Operations Services.
  • Lead a regional team of three professionals to design and implement strategies that embed transformation, readiness, and enablement practices.
  • Partner with People & Ops leaders, HR teams, and business stakeholders to embed enablement practices and strengthen change leadership capabilities.
  • Develop and deliver clear internal communications, toolkits, presentations, newsletters, and storytelling materials that bring change, culture, and service activations to life.
  • Measure progress and adoption to continuously improve readiness and effectiveness across the organization.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in change management, culture transformation, or HR operations roles.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-regional teams and manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Experience within HR, People Experience, or Employee Services environments.
  • Strong track record of developing and delivering impactful internal communications and enablement content.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus.
