A leading medical device company in Tijuana is seeking an HR Generalist III to provide HR support to client groups and act as the point of contact for HR-related inquiries. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in HR, strong communication skills, and be bilingual in English. This role requires strategic thinking along with hands-on HR expertise to meet organizational objectives.

Formación

  • 6+ years of experience in a related HR position.
  • Ability to facilitate communication between employees and management.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under strict time constraints.

Overview

The HR Generalist III is an operational resource, delivering HR support and guidance to designated client groups, internal partners and customers within the organization. The HRBP is the initial HR point of contact and a subject matter expert providing resources and building relationships across the HR team and the organization. The HRBP assesses and anticipates HR-related needs and is both strategic and hands-on, providing HR expertise to leadership and employees on a variety of Human Resources issues. The position delivers value-added service that supports the business objectives of the organization.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • + 6 years of experience in related HR position.
  • Ability to interview employees, resolve concerns, and obtain employee information.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to facilitate communication between employees and management.
  • Ability to work well with top management and answer questions regarding policy and procedure.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under strict time constraints.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Bilingual (Advance English).
  • Advanced Excel.
  • Compensation Analyst skills.
