RESRG Automotive is seeking a Human Resource Coordinator to support our corporate HR Director while being based in Mexico. We are seeking a bilingual (English / Spanish) HR Coordinator to support our Troy Michigan corporate HR team while working remotely from Mexico.

Responsibilities

This role plays an integral part in talent management processes, HR operations, and internal communications, while also contributing to branding and design initiatives.

  • Own document management processes, including maintaining updated HR files and digital documentation.
  • Serve as the primary owner of the HR SharePoint site – organize content, update resources, and ensure easy navigation for users.
  • Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and budget related administrative tasks for the HR department.
  • Maintain accurate records of department expenditures and support monthly / quarterly budget tracking.
  • Support the development and execution of internal communications, announcements, and HR related messaging.
  • Assist with basic marketing design tasks, including creating branded materials, presentation decks, templates, and visual assets.
  • Help maintain consistent company branding across HR documents, internal communications, and employee facing materials.
  • Support the company's talent management processes, including performance cycles, talent reviews employee development initiatives and data tracking.
  • Contribute to HR projects, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the training capability to design and implement programs that enhance leadership capabilities and develop talent at all levels.
  • Analyze compensation data and make recommendations for adjustments based on market trends, internal equity, and business requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory HR requirements across relevant jurisdictions.
  • Utilize analytical skills to gather, process, and interpret HR data to provide insights, track key metrics, support decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • Experience in a complex, fast-paced, and global business environment.
