What you’ll do :

HRBPs provide expertise in areas such as employee relations, talent management, performance management, organizational development and workforce planning. They serve as a bridge between management and employees handling HR issues ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a positive work culture. Communication problem-solving and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.

What is required :
  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business or Organization Development or equivalent.
  • Proved 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources positions.
  • Full professional proficiency in English.
  • Extended knowledge of employment laws and practices.
