Responsibilities
  • The HR Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and presenting HR data to assist in workforce planning, talent acquisition, compensation, and employee engagement initiatives. They play a crucial role in providing data-driven insights to HR Department.
  • Data Collection: Collect and maintain HR data, including employee demographics, performance evaluations, compensation details, and turnover rates. Execute records of hiring, termination, promotions and changes of employee information in the HR and payroll systems.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for enhancing HR processes and policies.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present HR data to stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Compliance: Monitor HR compliance with labor laws and regulations, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting.
  • HR Technology: Collaborate with IT to maintain and optimize HR systems, such as HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree: Psychology, Administration or related.
  • 1-2 years of experience working in an HR Shared Services Model
  • Advanced English skills.
  • Intermediate Portuguese
  • International exposure (US, Canada and Latin America) with big data analysis, exposure and understanding of global reports.
