Role Overview

The CFO is a key member of the leadership team, responsible for managing the company’s finances, including financial planning, reporting, budgeting, revenue cycle, and compliance. This role requires strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance billing in the home health sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Oversee accounting, revenue cycle, and cash flow management
  • Ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid regulations
  • Manage financial reporting and audits
  • Support strategic growth initiatives (e.g., acquisitions, new markets)
  • Lead and develop the finance and billing teams
  • Provide financial insights to help guide business decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA a plus)
  • 7+ years of financial leadership experience
  • At least 3 years in home health, hospice, or skilled nursing
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare billing, reimbursement, and compliance
  • Experience leading teams and working with executive leadership
