A leading automotive software company in Monterrey is seeking a Head of Marketing to drive all aspects of marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will manage planning, advertising, and public relations initiatives while ensuring program effectiveness. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and at least 3 years of digital marketing experience, showcasing strong communication and project management skills. This full-time position offers a salary starting at $35,000 per month.

Description

As the Head of Marketing for Intelimotor®, you will manage all marketing efforts including planning, research, advertising, communications and public relations in line with our objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in organization-wide strategy planning and expand our thinking around the role of marketing in achieving growth
  • Measure marketing program effectiveness and KPIs to drive continuous improvement in strategy and output
  • Organize department meetings, conduct personnel reviews, and attend managerial meetings
  • Oversee marketing expenses and resources including relationships with external vendors and advertising and media firms
Experience
  • Digital marketing (inbound & outbound), social media, digital media planning, paid Ad (CPC, CPL, CPV, CPA ER), Google display & Ads, lead generation, content & community manager, SEO, SEM, CMS Web, CRM, brand strategy, offline marketing (ATL / BTL), sales funnel, public relations
  • Project management and personnel in charge
  • UX / UI design and optimization
  • Graphic design with basic HTML and CSS knowledge
  • Copywriting in English and Spanish
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing
  • 3+ years' in digital marketing in similar startup / organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent multitasking and project management skills
