About the role

The Head of Lead Generation owns the engines that drive consistent, predictable revenue growth. This is an operator role — not brand, not content, not strategy-only. You will build, optimize, and scale high-performance lead systems that turn impressions into leads, calls, deals, and cash. You will move fast, make data-driven decisions, and execute independently without waiting for approval.

You will work closely with leadership and sales to translate business goals into throughput that produces tangible financial results.

Key responsibilities
  • Build scalable and repeatable lead generation engines from scratch.
  • Own lead volume, lead quality, CPL, and conversion metrics.
  • Define, test, and optimize funnels built around clear ICP and core offer.
  • Implement and maintain execution dashboards and reporting systems.
  • Manage the full throughput: impressions → leads → calls → closes → cash.
  • Establish sales‑ready handoffs and feedback loops.
  • Document systems, processes, SOPs, and KPIs.
  • Lead, coach, and hold accountable anyone supporting lead gen.
  • Identify and launch additional acquisition channels to scale revenue.
  • Continuously execute, measure, and iterate based on real data.
Key requirements
  • C1 level English proficiency
  • 5+ years driving lead generation for high‑ticket coaching / consulting / service offers.
  • +5 years owning full‑funnel performance (CPL, CAC, cash conversion).
  • Knowledge architecting and scaling automated lead engines or paid acquisition systems.
  • Vast experience leading or managing small execution teams (in‑house or vendors).
  • Proven track record of executing independently without hand‑holding.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure with strict revenue accountability.
  • Strong analytical mindset with daily KPI measurement and iteration.
Desired skills
  • Experience with paid acquisition, outbound automation, and multi‑channel systems.
  • Ability to translate ICP insights into funnel messaging.
  • KPI dashboarding and reporting experience (CPL, CAC, cash flow throughput).
  • Lean execution: prioritizing simplicity over tech complexity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
