About the role
The Head of Lead Generation owns the engines that drive consistent, predictable revenue growth. This is an operator role — not brand, not content, not strategy-only. You will build, optimize, and scale high-performance lead systems that turn impressions into leads, calls, deals, and cash. You will move fast, make data-driven decisions, and execute independently without waiting for approval.
You will work closely with leadership and sales to translate business goals into throughput that produces tangible financial results.
