We are expanding its founder-led and executive presence on LinkedIn, and we’re looking for a Head of Content to help us do it well.

This role is for someone brilliant and deeply passionate not only about content, but about brand. This person will be responsible for positioning our key terms and keywords that, together, will help establish us as the leading prop-tech company in the market.

It’s essential that the candidate is genuinely passionate about the business, feels fully invested, and understands that their ideas can move the needle quickly. We’re looking for someone who can synthesize ideas with agility and execute them at scale in record time.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone with exceptional writing and synthesis skills. Someone who constantly consumes content and knows how to do copywriting for a tech brand. This includes understanding common industry terminology while seamlessly integrating SEO and GEO optimization as part of the marketing function.

  • This person must be a strategist who produces content with clear intent. Whether that’s educating the user, guiding them toward an action, or generating buzz around the brand.
  • This person should leverage AI tools to optimize workflows and expand research capabilities when producing content or creative assets, while applying strong editorial judgment and filtering to deliver unique and original work. We expect nothing less than top-tier authorship and quality.

Finally, this person must be able to communicate and embody our values. They will work very closely with the Head of Marketing and even the founders. They should also understand the tone of voice of our key players, as they will be expected to develop content for other high-impact profiles within the company.

📝 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Ghostwrite LinkedIn posts, threads, and replies for the CEO and leadership team
  • Write in multiple executive voices while keeping content sharp, credible, and human
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing to refine tone, structure, and content strategy
  • Planning, scheduling, and cross-posting content across relevant channels
  • Turn rough notes, voice messages, and messy ideas into polished, post-ready content
  • Help ideate content angles, hooks, and themes that fit both the company and LinkedIn culture
  • Continuously benchmarking competitors and industry thought leaders to stay ahead of trends
  • Support real-time content around launches, news, partnerships, and market moments
  • Track what performs and adjust writing based on feedback and results
  • Collaborating closely with Marketing, Leadership, and Founders to align content with business priorities
  • Occasionally collaborate with designers, editors, or video partners to support content execution

  • Enjoy riffing, tightening language, and sharpening ideas
  • Read widely (fiction counts), watch movies, or generally have taste
