A leading tire manufacturer is seeking a Michelin Guide Inspector to anonymously inspect hotels and restaurants for suitability in Michelin guides across Mexico. This role requires extensive restaurant knowledge, strong observational skills, and the ability to travel frequently. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of industry experience and excellent writing abilities. Proficiency in English and Spanish is expected. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage with culinary experiences while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in hotel, restaurant, or other relevant industry.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Driver’s license required.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect hotels and restaurants for Michelin guides.
• Maintain 100% anonymity during inspections.
• Organize and coordinate travel arrangements for inspections.
