We are dismantling the wall between Sales and Marketing. We do not have a "marketing department" that hands off leads. We have a single Go-to-Market (GTM) Team obsessed with one goal: Efficient Revenue Growth. We don’t care about vanity metrics (likes, impressions); we care about Channel Exploitation, efficiency, and Revenue.
The Baseline (Non-Negotiables)
Read this carefully: We are not here to teach you marketing fundamentals. We assume you are already a master tactician in the following. If you need training on these, this role is not for you.
- Paid Media: You can build, launch, and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads in your sleep.
- Content & SEO: You know how to create high-intent content that ranks and converts.
- HubSpot Ops: You are a HubSpot power user (Workflows, Reporting, Lists).
- Outbound/Partnerships: You understand how to set up cold plays and leverage partners.
Because you already possess these skills, your focus here is not "learning how to do it," but deciding where to deploy them to make money.
Who You Are
- A "Full-Stack" GTM Pro: You understand the tech world, B2B SaaS, and the startup grind. You know that a lead is worthless unless it becomes a deal.
- An AI Power User: You don't just "know about" AI; you use it daily to multiply your output. You know how to prompt, automate, and generate high-converting assets at scale.
- Tech-Agnostic Problem Solver: You are deeply proficient in HubSpot, but you are always scouting the next tool that gives us an unfair advantage. You propose the stack; you build the flows.
- A Revenue Owner: You don't blame "Sales" for not closing leads. You report to the Sales Lead. You take ownership of the quality of the opportunities you generate.
What You Will Do
- Aggressive Channel Experimentation: You will not just "run ads." You will rapidly test new channels, analyze the data, and kill what doesn’t work. When a channel works, you double down immediately.
- AI-Driven Velocity: You will use AI to do the work of 3 people. You don't write one email; you generate 50 variations to test. You don't wait for a designer; you generate creative assets instantly to test concepts.
- Metric-Obsessed Execution: You live in the numbers. Your success is measured by CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and CAC Payback Period.
- Own the Pipeline: You don't blame Sales. You are part of the GTM team. You are responsible for the quality of the opportunities that enter the pipe.
The Scorecard (How You Win)
- CAC Payback Efficiency: Keeping acquisition costs low relative to customer value.
- Channel Dominance: Successfully identifying and scaling 3–4 core channels that deliver predictable revenue.
- Speed to Insight: Launching experiments in days, not weeks.

Contract Details
- Salary: On Target Earning of $36,000 USD per year with a 80/20 split. With options to raises every semester if results speak for themselves.
