Business Development Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Business Development professional to drive growth and expansion in the real estate market. This role will initially focus on simpler tasks, such as booking and scheduling calls with potential clients, but will expand into broader business development responsibilities — including identifying opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and supporting sales and marketing strategies — as the candidate gains traction. It’s a great fit for someone with strong communication and negotiation skills who thrives in cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Book and schedule qualified calls for the leadership team.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities aligned with company goals.
  • Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing on growth strategies and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to prospects.
  • Negotiate and close profitable contracts.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

Qualifications
